On Sunday May 8th, CAIR-LA released a statement titled, "CAIR-LA Concerned About Saftey of Muslim Student Smeared as 'Isis' in H.S. Yearbook" expressing concern about the safety of a Muslim student at Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., who was pictured with the false name “Isis Phillips” in the school’s yearbook.
