Denise C. Sorto-Solis is a senior immigration attorney at CAIR-LA. She specializes in helping people navigate the immigration court process and removal defense. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. She graduated with Pro Bono High Honors, doing over 200 hours of pro bono work during her law school career. After graduation, she continued to pursue her passion for helping underrepresented and vulnerable communities through her work in immigration law and removal defense.
Denise obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego. She double majored in Sociology and History and double minored in Spanish Literature and Law and Society.
In her free time, she likes to read, spend time with her children, and start crafts she will never finish.
