After the initial intake, it will generally take 7-10 business days before we are able to provide further information on the assessment of your intake. The time it takes to assess an intake may take longer depending on the facts and circumstances. If we deem an intake to be urgent, someone in your department will attempt to contact you by the end of the day or the next day.
