The Cambridge dictionary defines ‘civil rights’ as “the rights of each person in a society, including equality under the law and in employment and the right to vote.”

Does it seem more often than it should, that American Muslims have to fight harder for these rights than our fellow citizens?

We have benefited from certain rights because others struggled and fought for itconsistently, and still do.

To make sure these rights do not disappear for our community, CAIR needs your support –consistently –  to keep fighting for our community. The best way to do this is to become aChampion of Justice monthly donor.

By donating $3, $2, $1 a day you will enable CAIR-LA to continue its important work every day. Your donations help us address complaints regarding employment discrimination, law enforcement questioning, excessive and intrusive travel delays, hate crimes, school bullying, and other discrimination issues.

Your monthly donation will go a long way in benefiting Islam and Muslims, and making America a better place.
