Nargis Kher is the Human Resources Manager for CAIR-CA. With over 15 years of professional human resources experience, Nargis is responsible for leading the organization’s human resources practices and objectives including creating and standardizing processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Nargis obtained a B.A. degree in psychology from Cal State Dominguez Hills and completed UCLA’s Human Resources Management Program.
