The suit, filed by the Los Angeles Area office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the CAIR National Legal Defense Fund, states that Mubarak was not charged with a crime, “and perhaps realizing their transgressions, Ms. Mubarak was let go by the LAPD.”
