On Saturday, June 6, the Greater Los Angeles Area office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-LA) and the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia will host the second annual Global Muslim Village (GMV).
This multicultural, family-friendly event will feature a global marketplace, halal food stalls, consulate and community booths representing countries from around the world, cultural performances, CAIR-LA’s Social Justice Film Screening, and more.
Last year’s event brought together nearly 2,000 community members, dignitaries, consulate representatives, and vendors to celebrate the rich diversity of the Muslim community and showcase our economic contributions to Southern California.
