CAIR has released a guide for Muslim students and families in support of National Bullying Prevention Month in October.
The guide provides a checklist of questions for students to ask themselves to help recognize bullying when they experience it or witness it happening to others and how to advocate for themselves in response.
The guide also provides advice for parents on how to discuss bullying with their child, what their child’s rights are, and what to do if the school does not handle your child’s bullying appropriately.
