CAIR-SV Immigrants’ Right Center will host our monthly free legal clinic on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020. Some of the issues we plan to provide pro bono legal assistance for include:
– Citizenship applications
– Adjustment of status
– Family petitions
– Asylum
– Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
– T and U-visas
– Violence against Women Act (VAWA)
