Musaab Attaras graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BA in Math and Computer Science. He is currently the Director Payments Platform Engineer at Airbnb and has previously worked as the Vice President of Payments Product and Engineering at eBay, VP of Software Development at Poynt, the Head of Global Strategic Integrations and the Head of Integration Strategy and Professional Services Consulting at PayPal, the Head of Technology at Magento, and elsewhere in the e-commerce sector.
Musaab’s involvement with CAIR began in 2011 when he facilitated several strategic planning sessions for the CAIR-SFBA office. He joined the board in 2015. His work with CAIR has been a family endeavor as his children are often seen volunteering at CAIR programs and have participated in the Muslim Gamechangers Network and Muslim Youth Leadership Program.
