It's been one year since the start of the pandemic It's been one year since the start of the pandemic but it's never a bad idea to brush up on our COVID-19 basics!

Why is the recommended distance to maintain from others 6 feet? Exhalation droplets can travel up to 4.5 feet while cough droplets can travel up to 6 feet! With this being said, it is crucial to wear a mask at all times as a sneeze can travel up to 26 feet (much further than required social distancing requirements!).

Just a reminder that if you are feeling any symptoms of COVID-19 such as coughing, soar throat, fatigue, and/or loss of sense of taste and smell, to please isolate yourself and get a COVID-19 test as soon as possible!
