For more than 20 years, CAIR-SFBA has provided civil rights legal services to individuals facing discrimination because of their Muslim identity. Now CAIR-SFBA is expanding its legal services to include immigration services.
The CAIR-SFBA office will join CAIR’s Greater Los Angeles Area (CAIR-LA) office in offering low-cost or pro bono legal assistance for citizenship, adjustment of status, family petitions, asylum, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), T-Visas, U-Visas, and Violence against Women Act (VAWA) self-petitions.
