Join us in commemorating the legacy of Dr. King and the ongoing civil rights movement in a weekend of action.
Options to participate:
1) Check back here on khutbahs and other events that various Bay Area masajid will be holding to recognize MLK Day from Friday, January 15 onwards.
2) RSVP to receive details on how to join us and other Muslims, friends, and allies to gather together in Oakland at 11:30am on Monday, January 18. Together, we will join the Anti-Police Terror Project-led car caravan that will start at 12pm in lieu of the traditional rally and march. See details here.
While carpool is unavailable due to safety reasons, people with no ride or vehicle can volunteer to support the car caravan on foot – email akazmi@cair.com for more details.
