The CAIR-SFBA 25th Anniversary Gala is taking place tomorrow, insha’Allah. We appreciate your continued support and enthusiasm leading up to this special event.
Alhamdulillah, we are expecting 1,400 attendees! Ticket reservations for the event have ended and the event is completely sold out.
If you would still like to attend, please sign up for the waitlist here. No tickets will be sold at the door. If you have tickets which you are certain you will not be using, please consider donating those vacant seats back so we can accommodate as many friends, family, and supporters as possible for this special night.
I have included important information about the Gala to keep in mind, below. Your assistance and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Parking & Address
Mission City Ballroom at the Santa Clara Convention Center
5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara
Parking is free for CAIR-SFBA Gala attendees. You may park in either the parking garage attached to convention center or at the Levi’s Stadium Garage on Tasman Drive.
Registration & Program Time
Please allow time for traffic and parking as we are expecting a larger than usual crowd. We encourage you to arrive by 5:00PM to register and join the Maghrib prayer congregation.
5:00PM – Registration opens. After registering, pray Maghrib with us and then join the reception. You can enjoy refreshments, have your picture taken, and bid on silent auction items
5:30PM – Ballroom doors open with a live musical performance by Aswat
6:00PM – Formal program begins with recitation from the Quran
6:30PM – Dinner service begins
8:45PM – Silent auction ends
10:00PM – Childcare ends
Childcare Drop-off & Pick-Up
The Ramadan Playgroup will be hosting the childcare activities again this year, for children ages 2 to 8. If you have not yet reserved your child’s tickets for childcare, please do so here. Spots are limited and accommodation is first-come, first-serve. We cannot guarantee that children who are not pre-registered and arrive late can be accommodated. Identification will be required when dropping off and picking up children.
Attire
This is one of the local Muslim community’s largest events and a milestone anniversary for CAIR. Many attendees will come dressed in formal attire and will dress to impress.
Social Media
We would love to see your photos from the night. Attendees are encouraged to take pictures during the program and share those via social media using the hashtag #25YearsOfCAIR. Be sure to look for our SnapChat filter too!
Need Assistance
If you need assistance or have a question during the event, look for CAIR-SFBA staff or volunteers who can be identified with a teal scarf or tie. They will be happy to help.
