Why: Through every iteration of the Trump Administration’s Muslim Ban, it has been clear that this ban remains driven by anti-Muslim sentiment that is contrary to the values of freedom and equality that are central to who we aspire to be as a nation. This Supreme Court decision is in ranks with Korematsu and Dred Scott – we’ve seen before what it looks like when countless people are living with the toxic effects of a policy that targets entire communities. This order still sends a dangerous message that some of us can be banned, and we must keep up the fight for #NoMuslimBanEver.
