Jeffrey Wang is the Civil Rights Managing Attorney for the San Francisco Bay Area office of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR-SFBA). In this capacity, he works with the rest of CAIR-SFBA’s civil rights team to identify, strategize, and use creative legal and grassroots advocacy solutions to address systematic issues facing the American Muslim community.
Jeffrey graduated from UC San Diego with a BA in History and minors in Political Science and Law & Society. He then earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, Jeffrey interned at a nonprofit immigration law firm in Australia and a business immigration firm in the Bay Area. At SCU, he was active in the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center’s immigrant rights and consumer protection programs.
