Please read the instructions below before completing the application.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
- To qualify as an advisor, you must be able to attend the entire program.
- Advisors from Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco region will be required to chaperone the participants in the round trip to Sacramento.
- Please complete all required fields. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- You cannot save and return to this application; you must complete it in one sitting. Save your short answers on a separate Word document and then transfer them to the application to be submitted.
- The application deadline is midnight on Friday, May 15, 2026.
- Qualified applicants will be called for an online interview.
- The selected applicants will be notified by Wednesday, May 20.
- MYLP will be held in Sacramento from Wednesday, July 22 to Saturday, July 25.
