"Today is our Muslim Day of Advocacy at the Capitol. We have Muslims from across the state, 150+ people, that have come to the Capitol to talk about values and talk about bills that are important to the Muslim community and also stand here in unity and community. Because this is not just a day of advocacy, this is not just meetings with our elected officials. This is a community movement showing that Muslims are an important part of the advocacy fabric of the state."
