This month’s featured film is titled, ‘Kanehsatake: 270 Years of Resistance’ (1993), by director Alanis Obomsawin.

The program for the evening will feature a film screening, followed by a discussion on indigeneity, the violence against Indigenous peoples in the United States, their struggles, and local ways we can get involved to affirm and support Indigenous voices and movements in the Bay Area.
