Mina Wardak

Senior Community Outreach Coordinator

Mina Wardak is the Senior Community Outreach Coordinator at CAIR-SFBA. In this role, Mina supports community engagement, building relationships with diverse stakeholders, promoting CAIR-SFBA events, coaching canvassers, and representing the organization at events.

Mina holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts Studies with a Minor in Education from San Francisco State University. Since the opening of Masjid Al-Huda in Union City, Mina has volunteered there, dedicating her time and efforts to the community. She serves as a Sisters Committee Member and Teacher. Mina brings a wealth of teaching experience to her role, having taught middle school at Northstar School and third grade at Peace Terrace Academy. In addition to her work in education, Mina has experience in the corporate world. She worked as a Technical Recruiting Coordinator at DoorDash, where she supported the recruitment of managers and software engineers. Prior to that, she served as a Staffing Operations Specialist at Google.


Throughout her career, Mina has left a positive impact on students, families, and colleagues alike, with her dedication to foster nurturing learning spaces and her commitment to building strong relationships within the community. Her passion for education and community service continues to shape her professional journey.
